Beaufort County Grant

Meals on Wheels, Bluffton-Hilton Head is the proud recipient of a grant for the 2023 Fiscal year from the Beaufort County Human Services. This Community Service Grant will help us feed homebound neighbors with hot nutritious meals five days a week, and a frozen meal for their Saturday lunch. We not only provide nutritious meals but we also reduce the risk of isolation to these clients. We sincerely appreciate this grant on behalf of those we serve.
