MEALS ON WHEELS, BLUFFTON-HILTON HEAD RECEIVES NEW GRANT

Hampton Hall Charitable Fund, of the Community Foundation of the Lowcountry designated a grant to Meals on Wheels, Bluffton-Hilton Head in December to support the meals provided to over 195 clients located in Sun City, Bluffton, and on Hilton Head Island.

We sincerely thank the Hampton Hall community for their continued support. This grant will also fight loneliness by providing a wellness check every time a meal is delivered. Thank you!
